Road Trip!

We left pretty early (for me that is) on our way to New Orleans the day after Christmas. Our ship was due to sail on the 27th so we didn't have time to waste. We also didn't want to drive to New Orleans in one straight shot since we had the girls so the goal was to get to Hattiesburg Mississippi and stay overnight.
It was a pretty uneventful road trip - which is a good thing since we wanted it to go smoothly. It was great to have Laura sit in the back seat to help with the girls and they loved having her back there. It was also great to have her because we love spending time with her.
We saw a few interesting things on the trip - I also thought it would be fun to photograph the state signs as we went over the boarders but this didn't work out as well as I planned since some of them were done in the dark and some we didn't see.
