Bakery Progress

So, we aren't open yet and really would like to be. It's OK though, since we figured this might happen. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither can Occasionally Cake. Since the last update, we have finished the painting, dad has built the countertop and waist high wall and we have had the plumbing and electric work done.We have also hired an architect and engineer and have the plans ready to take to the county for our many permits. Let's all keep our fingers crossed that this will go quickly and we can be open in the next few weeks!
