Summer Camp

After school let out, we had our fun vacation and tried a week at home with nothing structured for Jasmine to do. She hated it and I wasn't so fond myself so we put her in the last 2 weeks of camp at her preschool, Epiphany. Each week has a theme and last week was Beach week - they did all things related to the beach, playing in sand and water, Tye dye shirts, etc. This week was holiday week and they celebrated Halloween on Monday, Christmas on Tuesday, the Unbirthday on Wednesday, Valentine's Day and Father's Day on Thursday and today is the last day of camp and they are celebrating the 4th of July. On Tuesday when they celebrated Christmas, Jasmine lade an edible Christmas tree (please note her artistic talent - takes after her mother!) and I got some pictures of her eating it. All sugar, she loved it (what was not to love? Candy, icing, cookie...) Today being the last day of camp is sad, but we will find more fun things to do and perhaps enroll her in Rainforest camp in August. She is very excited about her birthday party tomorrow and has been counting down sleeps until the party. One more sleep today! Yay!
